How to Delete Your KuCoin Data

KuCoin provides users with a way to request the deletion of user data. KuCoin needs to collect some of your personal data when you create an account with KuCoin and use KuCoin platform services.

Once you’ve deleted your KuCoin account, your personal data will be retained by KuCoin for one year in order to satisfy any subsequent review of your account by financial institutions or criminal investigations by relevant authorities. If no such review or investigation occurs within this year, KuCoin will completely delete all your personal data.

KuCoin provides users with a way to request a copy of collected user data. If you’d like to receive a copy of your personal data collected by KuCoin, you’ll need to submit a request via the KuCoin Support Team.
