2. Why was my transaction declined?
There are several reasons why your transaction might be declined:
• Insufficient funds in the account
• Exceeded spending limit: Check your card limits in the app.
• Merchant restrictions: The merchant doesn’t allow these types of transactions.
• High-risk transaction: The transaction has been flagged as high-risk.
If you think your transaction was declined due to other errors, please contact our customer support team through the “Have problems with this order” option in the app.
3. What should I do if I notice a transaction that was not initiated by me?
If you notice a transaction that was not initiated by you, follow these steps:
- Immediately Lock Your Card: Use the app to lock your KuCard to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
- Review Recent Transactions: Check your recent transactions in the app to identify any other suspicious activity.
- Report the Unauthorized Transaction: Contact our customer support team through the app. Use the “Have problems with this order” option to report the unauthorized transaction.
- Follow Up: Our customer support team will guide you through the process of disputing the transaction and any necessary steps to secure your account.
4. How do I submit an appeal if there's an issue with a transaction?
The quickest way to resolve a dispute is to contact the merchant. When a merchant initiates a refund, it may take up to 14 days to process. If the issue remains unresolved, you can appeal the transaction by following the steps provided.
5. How are refunds processed?
When you use KuCard for payments, your cryptocurrency is automatically converted to EUR, which is then settled with the merchant. If there’s a refund, the refunded amount is credited to your funding account, valued at the EUR amount at the time of the transaction.
Note: Refunded transactions do not count toward any rewards.
6. Does KuCard offer monthly statements?
We currently do not provide monthly statements.
7. How are KuCard transactions conducted?
KuCard supports cryptocurrencies including KCS, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP and one fiat currency (EUR). You can choose your preferred cryptocurrency for purchases, add or remove them as deductible assets, and set the payment priority between crypto and fiat. Please ensure at least one currency remains as your spending asset.
