How do I exit or add a market on KuCoin P2P?

KuCoin is committed to providing an optimal trading experience for our valued merchants. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to introduce an automated feature that allows for a smooth exit from the P2P Merchant Program. Follow the instructions below to take advantage of this convenient service with ease.

Step 1. Sign in to your KuCoin account: Navigate to the P2P page and click on "Manage Market".

Step 2. Choose the market you want to exit or add.

Step 3. Confirm your selection: Double-check that everything is correct. Please note that once you exit a market, you will no longer be able to post ads in that market. Your security deposit will be unfrozen and returned to your Funding account after a specified number of days.

Step 4. Complete the unbinding process: Follow the prompts to finalize your request.

1. 1. The review process is expected to take between 1 to 4 weeks. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification via email and the KuCoin App. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. We will do our best to complete the review as quickly as possible.
