The following 3 conditions are available for unable of reset your password:
1.No page respond or redirect by clicking the “Submit” button of password reset, the situation may have occurred when your PC or Laptop is encountering network latency. We suggest you to refresh the page and check again.
2. Unable to receive the confirmation email for password reset. You may check the spam box of your email or wait for 30 minutes and check again by clearing the cache.
3. Try clicking more on email sending button and set firstname.lastname@example.org in the whitelist of your email box.
