1. For phone change.
If you want to change your bound phone number, please click on "Security Settings" - "Phone" - "Change":
Please click "Send". The system will send an E-mail verification code to your mailbox. Please enter the verification code within the valid time. Then, please enter the Google 2FA code or SMS verification code to the next step.
Please enter your new mobile number to get the SMS verification code and enter a valid SMS verification code to activate the new mobile number.
Please note that after you have changed the mobile phone number, for the security of your assets, your withdrawal and OTC service temporarily for the next 24 hours after the application is approved.
2. Your old phone cannot be used anymore.
If your old phone cannot be used or has been lost, you can change the phone in the login interface. After entering the account password, click "Log in":
Please click "Switch to SMS Verification" and you will see the "Phone unavailable?":
Please enter the E-mail verification code and the trading password:
Upload the ID information in accordance with the system prompts. Then, please wait for the resetting:
