1. What is the KuCard Referral Event?

The KuCard Referral Event allows existing users to invite new users to register for KuCard and earn rewards by completing transactions. To qualify for this event, invited users must complete at least €60 in KuCard transactions.

2. How can I share my referral code?

You can share your referral code in the following ways:

• Copy the Code: Similar to the limited-time cashback offers, the event will automatically use the first referral code by default.

• QR Code: Invited users can scan the QR code to directly access the KuCard page.

• Share Image: Share invitation details on social media platforms.

• Share Links: Links generated by the KuCard team differ from those used for limited-time cashback offers.

3. How many people can I invite?

Regular Users: You can invite up to 1,000 users, but only the first 100 who complete KuCard transactions will earn rewards.

4. How are my rewards calculated?

All transactions are eligible except those with the following MCC codes:

6. When will rewards be distributed?

Rewards will be distributed on every Wednesday based on qualifying events from the previous Monday to Sunday.

7. What happens if an invited user requests a refund after receiving rewards?

If an invited user requests a refund, all rewards for the inviter and invitee will be revoked. Additionally, any future purchases by either party will disqualify them from earning rewards. If rewards are revoked and the user’s account lacks sufficient balance, it may result in debt, potentially impacting future use of KuCard.

8. What happens if malicious behavior is detected?

If any form of malicious behavior, such as bulk ordering or fake registrations, is detected during the event, KuCoin will immediately disqualify the participant and revoke any rewards earned. All participants must compete fairly to ensure the event’s integrity and transparency.
