How do I make a QR code payment with KuCoin Pay?

To make a QR code payment using KuCoin Pay:

- Open the KuCoin app.

- Tap the QR code scanner

- Scan the QR code shown on the checkout page or POS terminal.

- Confirm the payment amount and complete the transaction.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you may:

- Check your internet connection.

- Ensure you have sufficient funds in your KuCoin account.

- Re-scan the QR code.

- Contact our customer support team or your payment provider if the issue persists.

How do I set up, change, or reset a trading password?

Will my KuCoin Pay account be suspended if my KuCoin account is suspended?

Yes, if your KuCoin account is suspended, your KuCoin Pay account will also be frozen.

What cryptocurrency does KuCoin Pay support?

KuCoin Pay supports 54 cryptocurrencies, including KCS, USDT, USDC, BTC, and more. You can choose your preferred cryptocurrency for payment, manage deductible assets, and set payment priorities among them.

Are there any fees when paying with KuCoin Pay?

There is no fee for using KuCoin Pay but some merchants may charge a handling fee. Please always check the T&Cs before making a payment

How do I get a refund for my purchase?

KuCoin Pay does not handle refunds directly. Refunds must be arranged with the merchant where the payment was made. We recommend contacting the merchant directly to resolve the issue and initiate the refund process.

If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will be credited to your funding account in USDT, based on the value at the time of the original transaction.

Note: Refunded transactions do not qualify for any rewards
