The KuCoin Data and Report Service is a one-stop data service center designed to provide clients with comprehensive data solutions. Through this center, clients can independently generate data related to their main and sub-accounts, encrypt the data, and send it to a designated email address (including third-party auditing firms) or download it directly. Currently, this feature is only available on the web version.

Important Notes:
- The earliest available data dates back to September 16, 2017, and the maximum time span for a single export is one year.

You can generate and export data for the main account and all sub-accounts in one go:
- The main account can generate data for itself and all its associated sub-accounts.
- Sub-accounts can only generate data for themselves.
- Data is updated daily at 9:00 AM (UTC+8).

How to Generate Reports?
1.Log in to your KuCoin account, and click on [Orders] > [Export Data] in the top-right corner.
Note: Data is updated daily at 9:00 AM (UTC+8), and the most recent available data reflects the balance as of the previous day.
2.Click [Market], and select the desired data category.
3.Click [Time], and choose the time range for the data. You can customize the time range.
4.Click [Current Time Zone], and select your preferred time zone.
5.Choose whether to include sub-account data:
Note: Currently, it is not possible to select specific sub-accounts. Only data for all sub-accounts can be downloaded.
6.After confirmation, a new data record will be generated in the History Records section below. You can choose to download it directly or send it to a designated email address.
Important Notes:
- All data sent via email will be encrypted. Please keep your password secure.
- All generated data records will expire after 7 days, so please download them promptly.
How to Send and Share Reports?
1.In the [Recent Exports] section, select [Email] to send the data.
2.In the pop-up window, enter the email addresses to which you want to send the data. You can input multiple email addresses separated by commas (,), with a maximum of 10 email addresses at a time.

- To ensure data security, all exported data will be encrypted.
- Data files downloaded via email require a password to open.
- If you need to share the data with third parties (e.g., auditing firms), you must provide them with the file password. Please store your password securely.
3.After clicking Send, a security verification process will be initiated. You will need to input the relevant password/verification code and check the confirmation box before the data can be sent.
4.The designated recipient(s) will receive an official email from KuCoin. They must download the data via the link in the email within 7 days, as the link will expire after that.

- Clicking the link will require the password to access the file download page.

Q:Can sub-accounts export data?
A:Yes, sub-accounts are currently supported for data export.
Q:Can non-VIP customers use the Data and Report Service?
A:Yes, this feature is available to all registered KuCoin customers.
Q:I requested a data export but cannot open the download link. What should I do?
A:The download link for exported data is valid for 7 days. If you fail to download the report within this period, the link will expire. Please request a new data export.
Q:What is the maximum number of data exports allowed?
A:Customers can export data up to 8 times per month. You can export all required data in a single request. It is recommended to include all necessary data in one export.
