What are the benefits of New User Exclusive ads?

• Priority Display: New User Exclusive ads are displayed at the top of the P2P ad page, ensuring maximum exposure.

How can I post a New User Exclusive ad?

You must meet the following criteria:

• Be a verified merchant.
• Post ads with a small limit (≤100 USDT).
• Offer a price better than competitors.

What happens after merchants submit a New User Exclusive ad application?

Once merchants submit a New User Exclusive ad application, our team will review it. Only after the application is approved will your ad receive the "New User Exclusive" label and be prioritized on the P2P ad page.

What happens if there are no New User Exclusive ads?

If there are no eligible New User Exclusive ads, the system will display specially recommended ads in order.

Why can’t I find my ad in the P2P ad list?

Your ad may not appear in the P2P ad list for the following reasons:

1. Does not meet posting requirements: Your ad does not fulfil the New User Exclusive criteria.

2. Insufficient balance:The minimum transaction amount isn’t met. For example, if your ad is set to sell 100 USDT but your available balance is only 5 USDT, the ad will be removed.

3. Ad is offline:

• Your account has been inactive for over 30 days, and the ad has been automatically removed.
• There are more than 7 disputed orders, and all ads will be temporarily hidden.

4.Triggered risk control:

If your account triggers the platform’s risk control mechanism, your ad will be temporarily hidden for 24 hours while the platform conducts a thorough investigation.

If the evaluation passes, your ad will be restored. If it fails, your ad will be closed, and you will receive a notification via email.
