    Hi, my google authenticator programme omitted from my cellphone.and,i haven’t access to my security code. And, i haven’t completed my kyc. But i have trading password and my account passpord .and i can’t log in to my account now.

    It is unfortunate that I can not reset my google 2FA after loosing my google2FA app.Your service is very poor.

    I have lost Google Autheticator. Provided everything they asked 2-3 time but not reseting. Very poor and etremley unreliable. Now my coins are stuck. No one is replying or resolving my issues.
