Reset Trading Password

1.What is Trading Password?
Trading password is a six-digit password used for important operations, users can't make any trade/withdraw without trading password.(Please be noted that the trading password is not 2FA code). 
2. Failed to Reset Trading Password
 Please follow our prompts to take a photo and pay attention to check if the text information("6-Digit Dynamic Code"/"Today's Date" and "Signature") is written as required. As for the detailed info, please refer to the notification email.

    I CANT RESET MY TRADING PASSWORD. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU ASK WITH PICTURE AND VIDEO SO MANY TIMES NOW. BUT I ONLY GET AUTO REPLY WITH SAME ANSWER.     The reset process will NOT recognize or approve my selfie and state id I have tried several times. I have very little in crypto coins in my account to trade. I NEED and want access to do trades and to withdraw or transfer when necessary. Is this unreasonable??

    I forgotten too but resolving very quickly. Program login and forgot trade pass select and 3 way step after you set it again possible. Please don't worry be doit and happy
