Reset Trading Password

1.What is Trading Password?
Trading password is a six-digit password used for important operations, users can't make any trade/withdraw without trading password.(Please be noted that the trading password is not 2FA code). 
2. Failed to Reset Trading Password
 Please follow our prompts to take a photo and pay attention to check if the text information("6-Digit Dynamic Code"/"Today's Date" and "Signature") is written as required. As for the detailed info, please refer to the notification email.

    I am a slave from Iran and I entered and I could not do an authentication exchange and I enter with vpb.
    My problem is that I forgot my tradepassword account

    I'm a newbie to the platform, I want to trade but the system is asking me of trading password which I can remember. I click on forgotten password and have done all needy but could not received the reset password upto date.

    I CANT RESET MY TRADING PASSWORD. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU ASK WITH PICTURE AND VIDEO SO MANY TIMES NOW. BUT I ONLY GET AUTO REPLY WITH SAME ANSWER. ARE YOU COMPANY SERIOUS OR JUST SCAMING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. WHY CANT I GET I CONTACT WITH A REAL PERSON. NOW I HAVE TRIED FOR MORE THEN 30 DAYS. THINK ABOUT GOING TO THE POLICE. ANSWER ME NOW.
