Is Kucoin sending a verification code on whats app instead of sms ?

I am not receiving a verification sms after many trials, instead i am receiving a verification code on whats app from account called "Stellar"

also when requesting a voice call, i received a voice call from a local number in Egypt !

can this happen or i am facing spammy calls. what can i do ?!
