withdrawal problem

i have sent 36 usdt on trc20 network from my kucoin to another wallet address but after 3 days its still in processing .

whats wrong with it ?

why cant get my money back ?

delay n withdrawal is not accepted .

please solve this problem

Yep same problem here, had this issue for the second time now, No explanation, no response from ticket, Awful experience. Businesses that function in this way will not last if they don't change their ways.
