My account was hacked.

The amount stolen was actually about $24,000.  KuCoin's response has been disappointing and inadequate, to say the least.  So far, all they have done is suggest I may have somehow logged on to a phishing site which allowed the hackers access to my account.  That is not possible.  I've had this account for about four years and I only log on about three times a year.  I am waiting for KuCoin to investigate the hack and verify that I am not the one who traded away my  money.  

On March 5, being attacked by a phishing site and withdrawing $ 8,500 from a support account has not yet given the right answer. I do not know what to do.

I just discovered for the same thing as well.  I had about $25,000 stolen and Kucoin alleged that I must have given my log in info to a phishing site, but ironically, I do not have any browser history for such sites or for even a record of logging in to Kucoin during that time frame.  They told me the transaction was completed so there was nothing they could do.  I have the IP address of the computer and the API where the funds were sent.   They suggested that they saw the "abnormal API" created, but apparently that doesn't stop them from allowing the withdraw to happen.    I have no idea who will even investigate these crimes. I am guessing I am just out of the cash now.  Very upsetting

We need to all band together and do something about this.    They have insurance and we need to be made whole, right now they aren't owning the fact that there was a hack.   We need to get some publicity around this to get them to act.  We must warn others that Kucoin is a bad platform to use and your money will not be safe

Hi jrdavey7, I too am a victim of the theft along with many others, thanks to user Kelly, we are pursuing a series of complaints.
The support replied to me that I went to fake sites, which is absolutely not true as I have an anti-phishing phrase and I use a dedicated PC.
Contact Kelly and provide screen shots of the day of the theft.
