KuCoin Account Frozen for Almost Two Years! – No Resolution Despite Repeated Attempts

 

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with KuCoin and can offer advice. My account has been frozen for almost two years, and despite completing all required KYC verification and engaging with their support team numerous times via tickets, emails, and live chat, I’ve received no resolution.

Every time I contact them, I get a generic response like:
"We have received your email and will respond as soon as possible due to high inquiry volumes."

It’s been two years, and I still can’t access my funds or make withdrawals. My account was used solely for legitimate trading and exchanges, and I have provided all requested information.

Has anyone dealt with this successfully? Any advice on how to escalate the issue or get a meaningful response from KuCoin would be greatly appreciated.
