Wrong F2A code

Over the last week or longer I have been trying to withdraw my funds from KuCoin. However, the Google Authenticator code doesn't work. I have emailed KuCoin every day and followed all their instructions but still no luck. I sent them pictures of my ID, front and back, a picture of myself holding my ID, a video saying who I am, a video sharing the date of my last withdraw. I have done everything they asked but I still can't access my account. What else can I do?
