ECDD

When my account withdrawal has disabled, I get an email and mentioned that I need to fill out a ECDD form, and provide some documentation for the verification. But I didn’t get the form even I followed the link send via Kucoin Email. Some body can help me and guide me how can I get this form? Also I have no more confidence with Kucoin.. even I asking with email or live chat, never have one give me a good instruction.
