Error liquidation with stop loss

Yesterday I had a long position open in Doge for an amount of 1200$ approx with a stop loss at 0.13505 (loss of 500$ approx) and the liquidation price was 0.13503. The error that has ocurred is that the position has been liquidated instead of closed by stop loss, causing a loss of almost 700$ additionally to 500$ configured.
