Sent POLS to KuCoin

Sent some POLS (bep20) to kucoin by mistake.

Contacted KuCoin help, but no answer yet.

I already opened my ticket at your help center (Request #1090336), but no answer yet.

Can you help me retrieve my POLS as you've done it to other people on Reddit which had the same issue?
