KuCoin Support-Team incompetent or just trying to make the problem go away?

I recently i had a problem with the stoploss. In my opinion it didnt work the way it is supposed to. I was in a trade with BTC/USDT and had a stoploss at 65'400. When the price went below 65'400 i made a screenshot because my stoploss wasnt triggering (Screenshot BTC Price: 65'356). In the end the stoploss was triggered at 64700 to 648000 which resulted in way bigger losses than it should have. About that i made a ticket to resolve this issue or atleast get a honest answer what the problem might have been there and added next to my descriptions 2 Screenshots. one screenshot with all the trading details and 1 with the screenshot about the price beeing at 65'356 and the stoploss at 65'400.

After that post i also added a screenshot about my next trade with a stoploss at 64000 just to be sure i have prove if it doesnt work the next time. this doesnt have anything to do with the ticket itself so i guess that was a mistake by my part.

Reply Nr. 1: After 13 days i got my first answer asking about about the following things:

1. The relevant account email address/phone number/UID. 
2. The relevant trading pair. For example: BTC/USDT. 
3. The timeframe of the issue encountered(Including the date)).
4. A detailed description of the issue encountered.
5. The relevant order ID.
6. The screenshot/video which shows the relevant records under Order History section.

Question 2,3,4 and 6 where already visible in my first post and in the screenshots but okay i answered all those questions again.

Reply Nr. 2: Again after 2 Weeks they answered talking about my stoploss being at 64000 which was obviously the screenshot i made for my future trade. 
When i read this reply i kinda got salty and replied unkind by telling them they dont take me seriously or are just incompetend. Also i tried to explain my problem again.

Reply Nr 3: 4 Days later i get a standard reply how stoploss, orders and stuff work. like what has that to do with my problem?! 
So again i explained my problem

Reply Nr 4: After 7 Days they ask me which stop order wasnt completed and if i can share a ascreenshot.....
Again i started to explain from 0 and added AGAIN all the details and screenshots.

NOW i m waiting again for a reply. but i ll probably get another answer where they ask me random stuff like they dont care about my problem. For me it s just like they try to waste time by giving confusing and incompetent answers so i give up and the problem solves itself.

  • I had exactly the same problem here, thats why i started to do leverage on Bybit and not here, here it takes days or weeks before someone responds you when u have a problem, on Bybit it takes 5 minutes and you can chat to a real person, not like here where they say "LIVE CHAT" and the only thing you get is a computer Bot, so i dont feel comfortable at all on this exchange, just have a little bit funds on it in case i need to buy tokens i cant buy on my other exchanges and play sometimes a little bit spot X 3 when i am bored from horizontal moving markets, on Bybit it takes average 5 minutes before a real person responds you and helps you directly with whatever problem or info you want.
