I have been scammed

Is this for real, I followed a link provided on LinkedIn in Telegram to change my email address which I anyway requested 

by ticket system and have not been answered.

How is it possible that they sent me over the official sms some authentication codes? 

Now I'm locked out of my account.

Please help
