Cannot receive my money to my kucoin wallet

Hey, I recently just sent my solana money to my kucoin wallet. However its not showing the money in my kucoin wallet and in the phantom app it shows that my money has been sent. I find this a serious problem if its not going to show signs and I need to contact with someone who knows about this. The topic doesnt match with my concern.
